Shipping

  • Free Shipping: All orders ship free in eligible regions (continental U.S. or CA & NV depending on store).
  • Processing Time: In-stock items ship in 1–3 business days. Custom/special orders ship in ~3–5 weeks (when applicable).
  • Transit Time: UPS/FedEx: 1–7 business days. Truck freight: 3–10 business days.
  • Delivery: Small parcels may be left without signature (driver discretion). Truck deliveries are appointment-based and Threshold service unless upgraded to Room of Choice or White Glove.
  • Tracking: Provided after shipment.
  • Damage on Delivery: Note any visible damage with the driver and contact us within 48 hours. Do not refuse delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 5 days of delivery.
  • Exclusions: Custom or special orders, closeout, discontinued, and surplus items are non-returnable. Bedding (including mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, sheets, and comforters), assembled merchandise, and other products marked as non-returnable are also excluded.
  • Fees: 20% restocking fee. Outbound and return shipping costs are your responsibility (including for “Free Shipping” orders).
  • Condition & RMA: Items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and returned with an RMA (valid 2 weeks). Returns shipped to the address we provide (not office location). Include return tracking.
  • Refunds: Issued to original payment within 2 business days after inspection. Banks may take up to 7 days to post.
  • Cancellations: Allowed only before shipment or production. Once a tracking number is issued, cancellation isn’t possible. Special/custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Defective or Post-Delivery Issues

  • Defects/Warranty: Manufacturer’s warranty applies; resolution is at the manufacturer’s discretion. Photos may be required.
  • Damage Claims: Keep all packaging and provide photos when requested to process claims promptly.
